Vela Ruiz said from the acquisition of land, project development and obtaining permits took more than 3 years, however,  they already have everything you need to start work in the first months of 2016, published on  Sunday by a national media group.

As has established its brand in other destinations, the Grand Velas Los Cabos is expected to offer luxury accommodations, spas and gourmet restaurants internationally recognized; The hotel is recognized, according to the same source, as one of the first to introduce the All Inclusive Gourmet concept in its hotels in the Riviera Maya.

Grand Velas features 4 luxury hotels in the country, together totaling 1,170 suites; it comes to hotels Velas Vallarta and Casa Velas in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco; Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit; and the Grand Velas Riviera Maya in Cancun, Quintana Roo. With the Grand Velas Los Cabos the Brand witll have a total of  1.530 rooms in the main tourist destinations in Mexico.
